We are gathered here today so I can represent you in Ottawa as a Member of Parliament with Andrew Scheer as the next Prime Minister of Canada. 

​You're here because you want hope for your future. Hope begins with the power of your vote and participation in the electoral process and that is what you are exactly doing today, participating.

From my life experiences and the understanding I've gleaned as a high school teacher who has taught in inner city schools and in outreach to the hurting and marginalized, I've come to understand the importance of hope as a key to individual flourishing and the prosperity of a community. 

​As I've been knocking on doors over the course of the campaign, I've seen three types of hunger for hope—a desperate hope for financial stability, a longing for authentic leadership, and a hope to dream.

​I am committed to supporting the growth of our local businesses because I know they are vital to our economic strength. The economy also impacts personal and family wellness. I am passionate about helping business owners because I know what it feels like to be in their shoes. 

​Hope is difficult to access when people can't afford homes and they're being overtaxed from all directions. It is my hope that together with a Conservative government, whether young, retired or middle-aged, life will be more affordable with less taxes. 

​My life work has been to help restore people's lives.

​My work in Parliament if I should be elected is to help break negative cycles in people's lives, in society, and politics. It's a lot of hard work but if we start somewhere, it can be done. 

​I believe in the balance of fiscal strength and social responsibility that a Conservative government with Andrew Scheer as Prime Minister can provide to help Canadians prosper.

If I'm elected as your Member of Parliament in Port Moody-Coquitlam, I will serve you with all my heart, devotion and sincerity.
